Crawl Space Repair - Previous Crawlspace Liner

Here is another view of the old liner that the homeowner had put in. In this area, there actually was water that was pooling on top of the liner, as you can see on the bottom of the picture. This is definitely not a great way to try and stop moisture from coming in, because when a DIY solution is used, it is almost never done correctly.
