Crawl Space Repair - Old Crawlspace Liner

Here is the old crawlspace liner that had been installed before we came to look at the problem. It is pretty obvious, but these liners do not do a great job in protecting the crawlspace. As you can see, there is dirt and grime all over the liner. This shows that it has not done the best job of keeping things out.
