Office staff was very informative and kept us updated on appointment time. The representative was very informative and helpful. The crew was very nice and hard working. Chip Emery is one of the best sales representatives I've met. His knowledge of home construction and waterproofing techniques is excellent. I chose your company because of Chip's knowledge of solutions to our problem and has "no pressure" approach to convincing the prospective buyer how the CleanSpace product can solve moisture problems. Sammy did all the installation, he had to dig out a large rock in the crawlspace to make the CleanSpace material lay flat. This was very difficult as the clearance is only 15" He did a great job! The crew left the basement and crawlspace cleaner than it was before they arrived.

The installation crew was great! Conscientious and worked very hard. My experience with the office was limited but most satisfactory. The salesman seemed quite knowledgeable, was very pleasant and reassuring. If I have another problem, I will request the same crew!

Chip Emery is very knowledgeable about your products and what will work best for the customer. He isn't a "hard-sell" rep, just lays out the facts so the customer can make an informed decision. Jose and Samuel are without a doubt the best installation crew ever. Very thorough and careful. They take time "to get it right" and make sure your customer is satisfied. They are an asset to your business. We now have both our properties covered with the CleanSpace product.
