The rep. (Paul) was great! He explained my problems, took pictures so I could see it was bad. He answered all my questions. He could not have been better! I chose All-Dry because of a recommendation from a previous customer and the presentation by Paul. They were very courteous and friendly. They did a great job on cleanup. All of my interactions with your company have been positive. I feel really confident in your work and again, I appreciate the way I was treated by all your employees I came in contact with. I don't know of anyone at this time, but if I find anyone in the future, I will sureely let you know.

We are very satisfied so far. The installation crew was on time, hard working and neat. The office staff is well informed and helpful. The salesman was clear and no pressure tactics. We chose All-Dry because of good references from other customers and good reputation. The odor has been reduced greatly, but there is still some that we hope will continue to subside.

There were several problems with my job, the installation was difficult and the SaniDry unit had problems. Your company never hesitated to address concerns and make things right. That is the true measure of a company's integrity. Always helpful and prompt to reply. Very hard workers. We did not interview anyone other than All-Dry. We went strictly by recommendations. No time was mentioned for the crew to arrive, but they arrived at 10:20 am and worked diligently throughout the day. So far, so good. I did call the office during installation and highly praised the workers and their dedication to service.
