The foreman and crew worked hard and made it clear to me that they were more than willing to do what was necessary to satisfy any concerns I may have had. I just wish All-Dry had been the first call I made when I realized what issues I was dealing with. The representative was nicely dressed; courteous and explained the product well. We also had a quote from Foothills crawlspace who were a lot more expensive and over engineered the project. The crew was always courteous and followed any requirements we asked for. Both the crawlspace and the house access was left perfectly clean. We are very glad we had the crawlspace encapsulated. It is so much cleaner and sweet smelling. We appreciate someone coming back and covering some cement blocks.
