The office staff always replied or called when I had questions to be answered. The representative was very knowledgeable of the system and what would help me more at the cost I could afford. I chose All-Dry because the had a good foundation behind them! haha! Really, I needed someone who would stand behind their work, and I knew you could and would. I had no problem with workers or their knowledge of the job and what was to be done. Perfect. But I am concerned that a pipe may have come loose from my heating and cooling unit in the process. I have been communicating with All-Dry and they are on top of it. I have no one to recommend at this time, but I will recommend All-Dry.

I'm thankful you were able to do a job that I wasn't able to do. I felt a big weight off my shoulders.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Your representative was very professional and would recommend All-Dry to anyone needing these services. We chose All-Dry because we were discouraged by B-Dry after we were supposed to get it done and were told the day of the service it could not be done. So we looked for someone who could do it. The installation crew was very prompt and workers were very friendly and considerate of noise, etc. They were very nice and you would not even know anything had been done. Thank you for taking care of one problem and no more flooding in our basement. Wall looks great and is already better ceiling in kitchen, had a gap and is already closed up.

The crew was even early! Great crew! Could not tell they were here when they left. I think this time the problem is fixed.

When I asked to see pictures of places you did, the office staff showed me; they also sent me pictures of ours when it was done. Francisco was knowledgeable from the start and explained things understandable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what he would do to correct it! The installation crew arrived on time daily. Remained onsite each day, helping to finish the job on time. The crew was courteous and would answer any questions we had. They knew what they were doing and got to it! They cleaned up each night and marked the site for danger. When through, they put my yard back almost as it was! This was a good crew, they came and did their work; not taking many breaks. There was no inconvenience to us although they had to listen to our dog's bark!

Lee was always quick to respond to my questions and helpful in helping me understand the scope of the work. Alex did a good job of explaining why and what had to be done under my house. We chose All-Dry for their reputation and quality work. Francisco and his crew worked non-stop for 12 hours. They were punctual and stayed on task. I was impressed by their thoroughness and the attention to detail. They left my yard cleaner than they found it.

I chose All-Dry because of the salesman, competitors try to scare you into purchasing their service. And the nationally advertised company prices of competitors prices themselves out of my business. The office staff was very courteous. Everything was explained to me in detail. The representative explained to me what had to be done to correct my problem in a professional way. I went in the yellow pages and saw that your company was in the small town of Laurens, so I said to myself that this company had to be honest and straight up. The cleanup was very satisfactory. I didn't ever get a second opinion. I knew that it would be an expensive procedure no matter who I got. I think I made the right choice.

I've never seen anyone work as hard as the crew of 3 at my home. They also answered my questions and concerns, we couldn't even tell they were here.
