Hey, Stuart! We had All-Dry come out to solve our basement drainage problems, and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process went smoothly. Stuart came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us several options and discussed at length how our project would develop. Out of all the quotes from different companies, not only was All-Dry the least expensive, but it also reflected what WE wanted for our basement and was within our budget. The work itself started before the actual projected date and was completed promptly and professionally. We couldn't believe how tidy the basement was after the work, and you could barely see where they had trenched in our backyard to install the drainage pipes. The office staff always replied or called when I had questions to be answered. The representative was very knowledgeable of the system and what would help me more at the cost I could afford. I chose All-Dry because the had a good foundation behind them! haha! Really, I needed someone who would stand behind their work, and I knew you could and would. I had no problem with workers or their knowledge of the job and what was to be done. Perfect. But I am concerned that a pipe may have come loose from my heating and cooling unit in the process. I have been communicating with All-Dry and they are on top of it. I have no one to recommend at this time, but I will recommend All-Dry.

The installation crew was wonderful, especially Bobby Quinn. The system was the only one I thought would work, others recommended digging ditches around the house, and bringing in soil to slope away from the house, etc.

All-Dry was recommended by a friend/business associate who had had some work done at his house to repair a crack/separation between his basement floor and walls. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful during all interactions. I called several times before the work was performed with questions that were always answered to my satisfaction. The representative had a good presentation and personality. He called ahead, and also took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He left his contact information, and I called him later to ask a few more questions before agreeing to schedule the work. I chose All-Dry because of independent internet research, a trusted friend's recommendation/endorsement, and the fact that this sort of work was the company's specialty, not just something they did on the side. The crew arrived within the time range I was given. I really only had interaction with the foreman, Jose, but I would say from what I could judge, the crew was very courteous and respectful. I inspected the work personally. No complaints! They even saved the pieces of sod they dug out to install the drain line and put them back in the same place. The grass is still alive! I really want to commend the crew for their excellent work. They worked a very long day in a difficult work environment, and with no complaints. Besides that, the quality of their work appeared to be excellent. They ran a drainage pipe underneath a sidewalk rather than cutting the cement (which probably would have been easier). I really appreciated that! Special thanks to Jose and the guys!

I spoke to Lee several times and always received the info I was looking for in a very gracious and professional manner. I had Alex at my house previously for an estimate, but not have the work done. The 2nd time he was just as professional and thorough as the first. I was very impressed with the Waterguard system. The online reviews by customers were fantastic. The crew never set foot in my yard. They walked through mulch beds to get to my basement. Both days they broom swept everything and when they were finished, you almost couldn't tell work had been done. Francisco and his crew were top notch. Courteous and professional thru and thru. And the quality of their work is incredible. I could not be happier with Francisco, his crew, Alex, Lee, and the installed Waterguard system.

We chose All-Dry because we were discouraged by B-Dry after we were supposed to get it done and were told the day of the service it could not be done. So we looked for someone who could do it. The installation crew was very prompt and workers were very friendly and considerate of noise, etc. They were very nice and you would not even know anything had been done. Thank you for taking care of one problem and no more flooding in our basement. Wall looks great and is already better ceiling in kitchen, had a gap and is already closed up.
