Approximately 2 weeks ago you completed an installation of your All Dry System in my home.  I live in Columbia, SC in a 90 year old house built over a crawl space. I wanted to commend you on the crew that you sent to do the work.  They arrived on Monday about 9:10am and were there until about 7 pm.  On Tuesday, they arrived at about 8:50 am and stayed until the job was done, which was about 8 pm.  The crew was terrific.  They were thorough, fastidious and did a very complete job.  They were very professional and also courteous.  I am so pleased with the work they did and would recommend then highly. As far as the crawlspace solution, it is fantastic.  I had called initially because my house, particularly in the summer, has a musty smell.  It wasn't bad, but it was there.  After the installation of the All Dry System there is no smell and the house seems much cleaner and cooler.  It was all I could have hoped for. Please feel free to use my name if you come across any reluctant potential customers who may be unsure.  The system does what it says and is well worth the cost.  If someone's roof were leaking they would have no choice but to fix it.  I think this has equal significance but it is something that could be ignored.  It is well worth the price. Found you online and was impressed with such an informative website. Lee was very friendly and professional. Alex showed up on time and did not pressure me in any way. All-Dry was not the cheapest estimate I received but once the brochure arrived in the mail and after meeting Alex Rogers I felt comfortable trusting this company to do the job right. This process and the work that was done exceeded my expectations. These guys were perfectionists in every way. Do not hesitate to use me as a reference!

Everyone there was courteous, had good follow up, the salesperson was knowledgeable and on time. Two of the crew worked well together. While not the cheapest, you had good materials and your rep was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Likelihood of recommended All-Dry of the Carolinas: 10/10

So far so good (it has been less than a month)! The installation crew were great! Professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Some pest control companies in the area to the same work but I preferred some one with focused experience, meaning this isn't a sideline for them. That is why I chose All-Dry.

The office staff was courteous and helpful. The representative was knowledgeable, helpful, non-pushy, and courteous. We chose All-Dry for their price and quality. The cleanup was completely satisfactory- I still can't figure how they kept the cover so clean. The finished job was even better than I expected. Operation was extensive-leveling and clearing the dirt floor. We're considering converting our crawlspace to a spare guest room.
