Crawl Space Repair - Water Under Old Plastic Liner

Here is a good look at the amount of water that was in the crawlspace. There is a significant amount of moisture under this area of plastic. While this plastic provides a little protection, because of how thin it is and that it is not sealed properly, it doesn't provide the proper protection for the crawlspace.
