Crawl Space Repair - Crawlspace Before Installation

While this photo may not seem too crazy or abnormal in any way, there are actually a couple different signs of water intrusion. The first one is pretty obvious, the soil in this crawlspace is quite damp which helps to increase the relative humidity level, something we don't want. There are also a few darker spots on some of the bricks, indicating that moisture has soaked into the bricks.
