Crawl Space Repair - Fallen Insulation

One very common and obvious sign of moisture issues (besides the mold all over the floor joists) is falling insulation. This is because the water soaks into the insulation and weighs it down. The good thing about having your crawlspace encapsulated is that because you don't have any outside air flow coming in, more often than not you don't have to have any insulation. This is especially helpful in cases such as this (where everything is infected).
