This picture, again, shows how rough the crawlspace is. Not only is there falling insulation, but there is also condensation under the old liner. The lighter area towards the bottom of the picture is the condensation. While this may seem like a good thing that the water is under the liner (and it is), the problem is that this liner was not properly sealed. So the water and moisture is making its way out of the liner and getting onto the pipes, insulation and wooden floor joists.
