Crawl Space Repair - Falling Insulation

You can see from this picture that the crawlspace definitely needed some work. One of the main things that you may notice is the falling insulation. Falling/fallen insulation is a pretty common sign of moisture in the crawlspace, because the moisture soaks in and sticks to the insulation. This makes it heavy and it begins to sag, until it falls.
