Foreman was Ray according to the card, but the job was taken over by another man halfway through because Ray had family plans. Both men were very good and kept me informed as to when they were there and how things were progressing.

The staff was great to work with. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff went out of their way to work through initial mistakes, which is all you can ask, because no one is perfect. Price is a big concern in today's economy. All-Dry's price is competitive.

They worked fast, made recommendations for further improvements to waterproof the basement and cleaned up the work area.
