Very satisfied with the job. The crew was very nice. The salesman was very thorough. I had tried everything on my own, nothing worked. I am very happy my basement is dry.

The installation crew was very nice and hard workers. I think the salesman and his presentation was very satisfactory. We chose to go with All-Dry because with the problem we had it was easier to fix it with wall anchors and less work to be done instead of tearing down the wall.

We thought your company did a fine job. The installation crew was all hard workers who seemed to know their jobs. The office staff was always very helpful on the phone. I thought the salesman was very helpful throughout the whole process. I chose All-Dry because they were the only company I knew who could provide such a service and because of the long list of previous customers provided by the salesman.

It appears that you did a very good job. I never met any of the installers but I talked to the foreman on the phone-very professional. We had a really good experience with the office staff other than the final payment mix-up. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The reason why we chose All-Dry was because of the recommendation we got from an engineering firm in Asheville, and also because of the excellent initial discussions and subsequent follow-up conversations. The salesman was always polite, informative, and accessible by phone!! The only problem was trying to ensure you received your payment, but most of this was out of any control -- my apologies!!!

Performed work as proposed by company rep. Polite, stayed on task, neat work and cleanup. Good work on removing insulation and plastic. Good prep work on dirt prior to start. Understood scope of work and requirements to do best permanent repair to water in crawlspace

John, I will not waste your time detailing that which you already know. I must however admit that I have never observed three men accomplish an almost inhuman amount of taxing work in such a small time, and have every aspect of their work performed in an exceptional or perfect manner. I was a contract coordinator for Florida Power & Light before retirement. You are a fortunate man to have these three men as employees. I could go on and on but will wait to see the completion of my project before expounding. By the way, your product looks fantastic and without a doubt solves my problem and adds uncounted thousands of dollars to the value of this property. My kids will like that. Thanks! Chris

It had to do with a non- functioning CX UNIT.I felt that the two representatives were extremely professional and informative as they assessed the problem. They were knowlegable and prepared to finalize the visit after discussing with me. I appreciate their demeanor and efficient manner.Just wanted to give a shout out for these two gentlemen.

We are very pleased-happy with the result. Bobby, the foreman, and his assistants were excellent! The office staff was great, helpful, and willing to assist us. Shannon was very helpful. Paul was very nice and knew all about the All-Dry System. They were great! Due to the recent months of decreased rain, our pump and system have not been used or tested. We expect it will work.
