The office staff was super helpful and very patient. The representative was thorough, to the point, and polite. We chose All-Dry because of the amount of work for the price, the information and suggestions by the representative, and the contract terms and payment options. The installation crew was early in the morning and stayed late. They explained and showed me all the work. The cleanup was tremendous-never knew how much work and debris involved-super job!
