These pictures show the difference it can make to have our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed. The second photo shows how pleasant and protective the CleanSpace System can be!

Sealing Crawlspace Floor and Around Columns

Not very often do we find photos that show the difference in damp soil and much drier soil. The area around the columns is a much lighter color and much drier than the soil in the rest of the photo, even though it may not look too damp. This is the danger with high moisture levels, is that it is not always obvious like in this photo. Fortunately this homeowner was able to notice that something was off and called in the professionals to help them out.

Once our System Design Specialist got to the home, he almost immediately knew what the homeowner needed in order to solve the issue with high humidity levels. Since the majority of moisture comes from the floor of the crawlspace, our Specialist knew that the perfect system for this homeowner was going to be to have our CleanSpace liner installed in the crawlspace. Our crew was able to handle this and ensure that this homeowner didn't have to worry about high humidity levels under their home ever again.

Keeping the Air Around Ducts In Crawlspace Dry

High humidity levels in crawlspaces can cause a lot of problems, many that people wouldn't likely expect. When a crawlspace has a high humidity level the cold water pipes and AC ducting under the home can start to "sweat" where the warm, humid air will start to form condensation on the cool pipes, which can leave standing water in the crawlspace. This is one thing that many people don't always realize could be happening in their crawlspace.

Fortunately with the installation of CleanSpace in this crawlspace, we were able to take the worry away from the homeowner. They no longer had to worry about water or moisture in their crawlspace at all, because once it was encapsulated, they didn't have to worry about any moisture being in the crawlspace. The CleanSpace also made the crawlspace look much better, and can even serve as a storage space now that it is somewhat climate controlled and free of moisture.

A Cleaner Crawlspace with CleanSpace

Crawlspaces are often not taken advantage of nearly as much as they should be. This crawlspace ended up being a trash dump for rocks, tubing, and just about anything else. Unfortnately a lot of crawlspaces look very similar to this one before it had CleanSpace installed. Crawlspaces are a huge part of your home and have great uses, like a ton of extra storage, but many people don't realize the potential for it.

This homeowner was having issues with too much moisture in their crawlspace, which is why they initially had one of our System Design Specialist out to the home. However, once our crew came out to the home and rolled out the CleanSpace, the homeowner realized the potential that they had with this "new" crawlspace. While they were certainly excited that the moisture problem had been taken care of, they were also excited that they had a new area of the home to use!

Moldy Crawlspace Encapsulated in North Carolina

This customer's crawlspace was showing signs of mold, caused by excessive moisture and humidity. After the homeowner reached out to All-Dry of the Carolinas, our crew was fully encapsulated it with the CleanSpace ecapsulation system.

The "before" picture shows just one of the sections of insulation that had mold on it, of course, caused by excessive moisture under the house.

The "after" picture shows a wide angle of the finished crawl space after the installation of the CleanSpace system, ensuring a low humidity and mold-free crawl space.
