Foundation Repair Photo Album: Anderson, SC Sagging Floors in Need of SmartJacks

We’ve been told all our lives that we should never put off a problem. Regardless, the less appealing, troublesome ones tend to make a pretty good case for the opposite: the waiting. That’s exactly what this Anderson, South Carolina homeowner decided to do once he noticed his floors sagging. What else he noted was the molding separating from the ceiling. Almost immediately, he was afraid to face the cost of getting it fixed. That, of course, is what made him decide to wait several years to do something about it. However, when he did do something, he didn’t do it halfway. He reached out to All-Dry of the Carolinas, explained his issue, and we him up with an appointment with Alex Rogers, one of our Design Specialists. Mr. Rogers inspected the home, observing the dips in the crawlspace ceiling, and prescribed SmartJacks to attempt to stabilize the floors and push them back into position. It was a process, but after we finished, the owner was quite happy with the results.
