Duct Tape On Wall
This is one of the most effective ways that we have found to show the difference that the wall anchors make initially, especially with the smaller cracks. The duct tape is laid flat on over the seam, then when the anchors are tightening, slack will come up in the tape. The difference is pretty significant on this wall. And don't forget, wall anchors can be tightened over time!
Crack On Side of Home
While seemingly insignificant, this crack is a clear sign of foundation settlement. To fix this issue, we installed push piers under the home's foundation. This was a good catch by our Service Design Specialist, this could have caused other complications with the other products if left unchecked and taken care of!
Future SmartJack Location
This is the area where one of the SmartJacks was installed, it was dug out so that the SmartJack could be securely placed in the this area, to help with the sagging ceiling.
Installed SmartJack
Here is the installed SmartJack, there was one installed on each side of this garage door. The small concrete square that was cut out can be seen in the bottom middle part of this picture. The SmartJack was installed and the more concrete was poured to keep the SmartJack secure.
Installed Wall Anchors
These are the installed wall anchors. This homeowner was having issues with the walls in their basement bowing inwards from outside pressure. In total, our crew installed five wall anchors in this basement, lucky for the homeowner that it was only this one wall that was beginning to bow.

Outside Wall Anchor Plates
This is the outside portion of the wall anchors. The wall anchors are essentially two separate plates that are connected with a long metal rod.
Installed Push Piers
Here is the final part of the job, the push piers! This little guy helped to fix that crack that was shown in the second picture. While it does not seem like much, this push pier can work wonders on a home, and really helped out this homeowner!
