Basement at Initial Inspection
This is a photo of the basement wall before the strips were installed. As you can see there are a few cracks, with one lateral crack going almost all the way across the wall.
Crew Marking Product Placement
This photo shows one of our crew marking where exactly the CarbonArmor is to be placed. You can also see how the wall has been cleared of paint and any other materials in the area that the strip will be installed. This is so that the strip and the epoxy will hold even better onto the wall.
Crew Installing Product
Here you can see one of our crew members actually installing one of the many strips that they installed in this home.
ArmorLock anchorage system
This is a very important part of the design and installation of this product. The ArmorLock (the object/strap screwed into the wall), provides resistance when installed and provides support to the wall even more.
Installed CarbonArmor Strips
Here you can see the finished product. These are just a few of the strips that were laid out and installed in this home.
Curvature of the Wall
In this picture you can even tell how the wall is bowing in the middle. While CarbonArmor Strips can sometimes help to pull the wall back to its original position, it is mostly there to keep any further bowing from occurring.
More CarbonArmor Strips
A view of another wall in the basement that had been covered with the CarbonArmor Strips.
Another set of CarbonArmor Strips
Last, but not least. One last wall of CarbonArmor Strips! These strips will keep this homeowner's basement walls from bowing in any further.
