Large Crack in Foundation
This was one of our main concerns about this home. This crack took three push piers in order to correct.
Repaired Foundation
This is a photo after the push piers were installed. After the push piers are installed and the foundation is raised, the crack is then sealed.
Crawlspace before CleanSpace Installation
A view of the crawl space before our crew installed the CleanSpace. As you can see, the owners had installed a liner previously, however this liner does not really offer any real protection.
Another before photo of the crawlspace
Another photo from before the CleanSpace liner was installed. Open ground under a crawlspace is never a good sign. The earth is constantly damp and releases water vapor constantly.
Crawlspace after CleanSpace Insulation
A photo of the crawlspace after the CleanSpace has been installed. You can also see the sump pump installed here. The sump pump pumps out any water that collects under the CleanSpace.
Wide Angle of crawlspace After CleanSpace
Another view of the crawlspace after CleanSpace has been installed. As you can see, almost every possible thing that could be covered in CleanSpace, has been! This customer is not going to have any problems with a wet or moist crawl space!
Encapsulated Crawlspace
Another photo of the installed CleanSpace Liner. This product really does make a difference in a crawlspace, especially paired with a few other great products.
Cracked Basement Wall
This shows the bowing basement wall before the wall anchors were fully installed and tightened. While not a huge crack, you can definitely see that the wall is bowing in slightly.
Corrected Basement Wall
This photo was taken after the wall anchors had been completely installed and tightened. The difference is amazing, you can see how the crack has completely disappeared and the bowing has been corrected.
