Early Beginnings
This was a photo taken during the actual installation process. Our crew took key points within the crawlspace and installed drain tile. The tile is suppose to catch and guide any water that comes into the space towards the sump pump.
Pooling Prevented
Here is an area of the crawlspace that especially needed the drain tile. Without the tile, the trench would fill with water without moving. The installed tile can now prevent that pooling and guide it.
Not Just For Looks
Our patented CleanSpace liner is installed on top of the tile. We carry the CleanSpace up at least three inches along any support or protrusion in the surrounding area. This method helps to keep the water vapor from escaping from the dirt and into the crawlspace.
It's Flexible
The CleanSpace liner, unlike any other barrier, is both durable and flexible. It can be sealed over almost any surface. It's almost impossible to rip or tear, so it can even cover gravel.
It Works Out
Crawlspaces like this one can be a huge bother. The surface isn't even and water can easily pool into the valleys created by the dirt. Our system erases that problem. We've installed the sump pump in the lowest point of the crawlspace, so it can easily collect any water the space may accumulate.
SmartSump Pumps It Out
The SmartSump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding the WaterWatch Alarm. From there, the water flows down an airtight floor drain that lets water down, but denies damp air any entry.
