Termites and You
It may not look harmful, but dirt crawlspace are often the catalysts for other problems in your home. And any wood in your crawlspace is at risk as long as there is no proper barrier. If the wood supporting your home has a high moisture content, it can invite termites and mold to stay. There's nothing termites love more than wet wood.
Take the Hint
Insulation will also often fall victim to the moisture content in the crawlspace. Once it becomes damp, insulation loses all of its value. This is definitely another reason to go ahead and get a barrier.
CleanSpace
Finally, we have the finished crawlspace. This is the CleanSpace liner we love so much. Not only does it brightens up any space, but it is also durable. There's not too many liners out there that can claim the same.
Alternate Angle
When we install CleanSpace in any crawlspace, we like to wrap any of the piers in the surrounding space with the material. This sort of insures total protection.
