Crawlspace During Inspection
This photo was taken by our System Design Specialist during his inspection. This crawlspace looked like it was in pretty good shape, however this doesn't mean that it can't still develop problems with moisture. Even though this crawlspace already had a liner installed, it obviously wasn't doing enough for the homeowner, which is why they gave us a call!
Installed CleanSpace in Crawlspace
This photo shows off the CleanSpace that was installed in the crawlspace of this home. The CleanSpace does a great job at changing both the look and the function of the crawlspace. The area looks much cleaner, but more importantly the homeowner no longer has to worry about moisture in the crawlspace.
CleanSpace Liner and Dehumidifier
This is another photo that shows of some of the CleanSpace that was installed in the crawlspace. While the CleanSpace is an extremely important part of this system, there is another important part that can also be seen in the photo, the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier helps to keep the humidity level of the crawlspace under the point where mold is able to grow.
Dehumidifier and SuperSump
This picture shows a more close up picture of both the dehumidifier and the SuperSump that was installed in this crawlspace. We've mentioned the importance of the dehumidifier, but the sump pump is also important. The sump pump is where all of the water drains, and is then pumped outside the home.
Close Up of the SuperSump
This is a close up of the SuperSump pump that was shown in the last photo. Our sump pumps are much different from many others because of how they are installed. Our sump pumps aren't just the pump, but come in a heavy-duty, durable liner. The lid to the sump pump is airtight, and also comes with a WaterWatch Alarm which lets the homeowner know if the pump fails for some reason.
Vent Covers
This is another important part of the system that was installed. This was one of the vent covers that was installed around the home. These covers create a seal around the vent and prevents moisture from getting into the crawlspace. This is important with our system, because we try to completely encapsulate the crawlspace, and these help to do that!
