Old Crawlspace Liner
The old liner that this homeowner had previously installed didn't quite do the job for them. It somehow ended up bunched up in the entrance of the crawlspace. This made it easier for our crew to clean it out at least! Crawlspace liners like these are much too thin and don't properly seal up the crawlspace.
CleanSpace Installed in Tight Crawlspace
This picture gives a pretty good view of how low some of the areas in the crawlspace were. However it also shows how great of a job our crew did still getting into every nook and cranny and still make it look incredible. This part of the crawlspace only had a few inches of clearance, which goes to show you the skill the our crew members have, even in the tiniest of places!
Installed CleanSpace Liner
Here is another photo showing off the CleanSpace that was installed in the crawlspace of this home. This is another photo that gives a great look at just how short this crawlspace was. Our crew did an incredible job with doing just as professional as a job with this installation as any other one.
More CleanSpace Liner!
Our crew finally had a little bit more room to work in this area! While it still wasn't a lot of room for them, the area where this picture was taken is right where the crawlspace ground started to slope downwards. As you can see, the crew makes sure that they seal the columns because while it may seem insignificant, moisture can still get in around those blocks.
Installed EverLast Door
This door is a very important part of the system that was installed in this home. Each piece of the system is important and they each work together in order to provide a healthy crawlspace. The EverLast door, once installed, creates an airtight seal that prevents any outside air from getting into the crawlspace from the entrance. The door is also made out of inorganic material, which prevents it form rotting or growing mold on it.
Two For One Product Picture!
This picture actually shows two products that were installed as part of our system. The grey rectangle is actually a vent cover, which creates a seal around existing vents so that outside air cannot get into the crawlspace. The product on the right-hand side of the photo is IceGuard. This is a part of the discharge line of the sump pump and is installed on the outside so that if the outside line freezes up, the water is still able to get outside.
