Crawl Space Repair - Mold on Floor Joist

Here is another very serious issue that our Specialist found while in the crawlspace of this home. With enough moisture or humidity mold can grow almost anywhere in a crawlspace. One of its first targets almost always seem to be the insulation and the floor joists because they tend to absorb water much better which makes a great place for mold to grow.
