Crawlspace Prior to CleanSpace Encapsulation
This shows some of the crawlspace before the CleanSpace liner had been installed. While this liner looks like it has been installed professionally, and could have been, it still is not able to do the same job as our CleanSpace liner. This black liner that can be found in many crawlspaces is much thinner than CleanSpace and is not sealed properly, which makes it not very effective.
Water Pooling Up On Crawlspace Liner
Here is one of the more concerning issues that our Specialist saw during his inspection. Standing water is something that no one ever wants to see in their crawlspace. This can occur for a number of reasons, but has the same result: water is in the crawlspace...and shouldn't be.
CleanSpace Liner Installed
This is part of the crawlspace after the crew had installed the CleanSpace liner. The CleanSpace has completely transformed the crawlspace with the installation. CleanSpace makes a crawlspace look like a brand new area once installed. More importantly it keeps moisture out of the crawlspace!
Another Photo of the CleanSpace Encapsulation
Here is an even better photo showing the installed CleanSpace Liner in the crawlspace. This homeowner opted to have the CleanSpace liner run all of the way up the walls in order to make sure that moisture cannot make its way into the crawlspace. This homeowner even started using the crawlspace for a storage area before the crew was done!
One Last Installation Photo
Here is one last photo of our crew during the installation process! Here you can see one of our crew members sealing up part of the CleanSpace Liner and making sure everything looks clean! Making sure the CleanSpace is sealed up tight and correctly is an extremely important part of the job.
