Crawlspace Before Installation
This is what the crawlspace looked like before any products had been installed. The photo gives a pretty good view of how short the crawlspace was, with just enough room to crawl through it and turn over. Fortunately our crew members are used to being in these tight spaces!
Another Photo of the Pre-Installation Crawlspace
This photo shows off another part of the unencapsulated crawlspace. Again, this helps to show the situation that our crew was working in. It can be seen in the next few photos, but even with this small amount of space, our crew still does an incredible job at installing just as good as if they had a lot of room.
Installed CleanSpace Liner
This picture gives a pretty good view of the system that was installed in the crawlspace of the home. The CleanSpace covers the entire floor and the majority of the walls of the crawlspace. This helps to keep as much moisture and water vapor out of the crawlspace. The dehumidifier was also installed in order to keep the humidity level of the crawlspace low enough to prevent mold growth.
More Encapsulated Crawlspace
Here is another great view of the installed CleanSpace. One of the great things that can be seen in this photo is the wrapped support piers. The piers are also wrapped so that moisture won't get through around these areas either.
Installed SmartSump System
Here is the sump pump that was installed in the crawlspace in order to pump out any water that collects under the CleanSpace liner. The water is pumped outside and away from the home, so that the water does not have to be pumped out twice.
