Flooded Crawlspace
Words are not really needed to describe this picture, but as you can see there is a lot of water in the crawlspace. We've seen bad crawlspace, but as far as volume of water, this could very well have been the worst. Fortunately for the homeowner, this water was caused by a plumbing leak. That being said, it doesn't mean that mold can't grow in the crawlspace.
Another Photo of the Flooded Basement
Since this is not a great picture, it is difficult to actually see the damage that was done in this crawlspace. However, this area was very wet because of the plumbing leak as well. You can see a pretty large pool of water in the far right corner. We tried our best to get out to the home as quickly as possible, so that no mold or mildew would form in the crawlspace.
Installed CleanSpace Liner
Here is what the crawlspace looked like with the CleanSpace liner installed. As you can see, it makes a huge difference in the look of the crawlspace. Not only does CleanSpace look good, but it also is a great performer by keeping water from getting into the crawlspace.
Another Angle of the Installed CleanSpace
Here is another photo of the installed CleanSpace in this homeowner's crawlspace. As you can see, the CleanSpace goes all of the way up the crawlspace walls to keep moisture from getting into the area. You can also see how around the pillars, the CleanSpace goes partially up, again to keep out the moisture.
Drain for SmartDrain
Here is where any water would come out of the crawlspace. Since this was a special case and the homeowner was not really dealing with constant water intrusion, this is more of a "just in case" product. It helps to ensure that if there is a indoor plumbing leak, the water does not just sit in the crawlspace, on the CleanSpace.
