Water Intrusion Through Ground
This corner of the crawlspace was one of the areas that was contributing to the moisture problems. The darker area in this photo is where the water is. It comes up through the ground and slowly evaporates, causing the humidity of the crawlspace to increase. This will eventually lead to an moisture and mold problems.
CleanSpace Wrapped Tight
Our crews are very detailed in installing CleanSpace Liner. This photo is one of many, that show off their skills. They way that the CleanSpace is wrapped and pulled tight around the edges is incredible. They spare no detail when working under customer's homes.
Installed Dehumidifier and CleanSpace
Here is the dehumidifier that our crew installed in this crawlspace. This is the SantaFe Edge II, which does a great job at keeping the humidity level at a reasonable level and low enough that mold is not able to grow at all.
Installed CleanSpace Liner
This is another view of the installed CleanSpace liner in the crawlspace. This homeowner decided to have the CleanSpace installed all the way up their crawlspace walls. This helps to collect even more water, and better and more fully encapsulates the crawlspace.
Tightly Sealed Crawlspace Entrance
This photo shows off just how far we went to seal this crawlspace up correctly. If the crawlspace is not sealed up perfectly, it loses some of its efficiency. This is why we train our crews to do it the right way first, so that the system is working perfectly from the day it is installed.
