Entrance to Crawlspace
This picture shows off the entrance to this crawlspace. While it does not look like the most professional work done, it does seem pretty solid, especially with the tape covering the seals. However, this is not the case. Moisture and water were still getting into the crawlspace, causing mold growth.
Crawlspace with old liner
This homeowner really went all out in trying to encapsulate their crawlspace completely, however even with the job they did, it still wasn't enough. Sometimes even "professional" companies won't get crawlspace encapsulations right. There is a very detailed and particular way that our crews are trained to install the CleanSpace liner and other products.
Installed CleanSpace Liner
Here is the finished crawlspace with the installed CleanSpace. You can see how clean and professional this liner was laid down. One of the most important parts of our liner is the thickness of it, at 20 mm, and how it is sealed onto the wall.
New Dehumidifier and CleanSpace Liner
Here is our SantaFe Edge II dehumidifier, which helps to keep the humidity level down in the crawlspace.
