Condensation Under Liner
Since quite a bit of water and moisture comes from the earth, you can see the condensation of this ground water on this old, thin crawlspace liner. This is just a small part of the water intrusion problem.
Pool of Water
This is a huge issue, as I'm sure many people would assume. It is almost never a good thing when you see a pool of water and everything around it absolutely soaked. This is practically begging mold to grow down here.
Moisture Accumulating on Floor Joist
Surprise, surprise! Another bad sign in this crawlspace. In this picture, the moisture is already on, and soaking into the floor joist. This is even worse, because now the mold can really flourish.
Finished Crawlspace with CleanSpace Liner
Ta-da! We have completion! This is what the final product looks like. As you can see, the area is much cleaner, nicer, brighter, and completely mold and moisture free. This picture also features the SantaFe Edge II dehumidifier on the far left side of the picture. This helps to keep the humidity level down in the crawlspace.
Another view of Installed CleanSpace
Here is another view of the encapsulated crawlspace. This homeowner will not have to worry about any more water in his crawlspace or any moisture and mold issues that come along with the water.
