Crawlspace Before Installation
This was the condition of the crawlspace before any products were installed. It definitely wasn't the worst that we have seen, but it definitely needed some work done. You can see the falling insulation, which is often a sign of excess moisture.
Another view of Crawlspace
This is an even better view of the crawlspace on our initial inspection. The ground is very damp in this corner and is obvious, especially when compared to the last picture.
Another Area of the Crawlspace
Here is another area in the crawlspace that was affected by the water intrusion. You can again, see the dampness on throughout the ground.
Falling Insulation
This fallen insulation is a common sign of increased moisture in the crawlspace. This is not always the case, but because the moisture gets into the insulation, it pulls it down.
Installed CleanSpace Liner
Here is the installed CleanSpace liner. As you can see, the crawlspace is fully encapsulated and protected from water!
Another View of Installed CleanSpace
This is another view of the crawlspace with the installed CleanSpace liner. We even cover the small blocks and supports in a crawlspace, so that almost no moisture can make it into the crawlspace.
Installed CleanSpace
This homeowner decided to have the CleanSpace wall installed all the way up the wall, in order to catch more of the moisture and water, providing more protection for the homeowner.
Installed Dehumidifier
Here is the SantaFe Edge II Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier helps to keep the humidity level down in the crawlspace, and drains into the sump pump.
Installed Sump Pump
The sump pump that this homeowner had installed was the SuperSump. This sump pump collects all of the water from under the CleanSpace liner and the dehumidifier and pumps it outside the home.
LawnScape Outlet
This is where the sump pump drains out into the yard. It is far enough away from the house and in a downhill area, so that the water will not drain back towards the house.
