Crawlspace Pre-Production
This picture shows what the crawlspace looked like when our Service Design Specialist first checked out the home. You can see a lot of open ground and mineral deposits on the wall, which is a sign of water intrusion.
Damp Clay in Crawlspace
In the area left of the column, you can see a very saturated patch of clay, this is bad news for the crawlspace. You can also see how ineffective the previous liner was.
Crawlspace before CleanSpace Installation
Another view of the unecapuslated crawlspace. You can see how much dirt and clay is on top of the previous liner.
CleanSpace Liner Installation
This photo shows what the crawlspace looked like with the installed CleanSpace Liner.
SuperSump Sump Pump
This photo showcases our SuperSump sump pump, which pumps out any water that is collected in the dehumidifier, as well as any water that drains to it under the CleanSpace Liner.
SantaFe Edge II Dehumidifier
This is one of our dehumidifiers, it removes any water from the air and drains to the sump pump
LawnScape Outlet
This is the place that the sump pump drains any water to. This is usually placed on a downhill slope, so that the water does not run back into the pipes and sump pump.
