Standing Water in the Crawlspace
One of the reasons why this customer called us. Standing water is never a good sign, it shows that somehow water is making its way into the crawlspace and it will eventually evaporate which is when the real damage occurs.
EverLast Crawlspace Door
This crawlspace door is specially designed to have an airtight seal when closed. An EverLast door is recommended for a few reasons: 1. It pretty much lasts forever. Since it is made of plastic it will not rot, and 2. The airtight seal it creates. Why encapsulate your whole crawlspace and then keep your old, rotting crawlspace door that lets outside air in?
Encapsulated CrawlSpace
This picture shows the encapsulated crawlspace. As you can see, the CleanSpace Liner goes all the way up the walls and covers the entire floor.
Installed SmartJack
While this customer had a little bit of sagging, it was not much, in order to help the sagging floor, our crew installed one SmartJack.
Installed CleanSpace
Our crew are experts and have installed CleanSpace in thousands of homes over the last 25 years. We do our best to lay it as close to each corner, pillar, and edge as we can.
SantaFe Edge II and SuperSump sump pump
Two very important products that we install in almost every CleanSpace encapsulation that we do. The "box" on the left is our dehumidifier. This sucks out any moisture that makes its way into the crawlspace. The product on the right is one of our sump pumps. Water under the CleanSpace drains to the lowest point of the crawlspace, where the sump pump is conveniently located. The water is then pumped out of the crawlspace.
One Final view of the Crawlspace
Another view of the finished crawlspace. Again, you can see how close our crew gets to the wall and around the contours of the inside pillars.
