Before CleanSpace Installation
This photo shows what this customer's crawlspace looked like before any products were installed. While they stored items in their crawlspace before the CleanSpace liner was installed, the CleanSpace will keep any items in the crawl space dry and free of mold.
CleanSpace Installation
This picture shows the installed CleanSpace liner. This liner will keep their crawlspace dry and mold-free.
Finished CleanSpace Installation
An even better photo of the CleanSpace liner. This customer decided to not go all the way up the walls with the CleanSpace, however we still go partially up the wall to make sure we seal the ground from the actual crawlspace.
CleanSpace Installed
Another photo of the finished crawl space. You can see how our crew seals as much as the possibly can. Towards the right of the picture, you see how the supports for the air ducts are covered in CleanSpace.
Sump Pump
The sump pump is generally in the located in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. This way, any water that is collected under the CleanSpace, gets pushed to the sump pump, which then pumps in outside of the home.
LawnScape Outlet
This is where the sump pump drains to. The outlet is usually downhill so that the water that is pumped out, will not drain back into the pipe.
