Damp Ground in Crawlspace
This shows the crawlspace before any products had been installed. As you can see, the previous liner had not even covered all of the ground. You can also see the damp ground right next to the liner.
Silt Deposits
These areas of dried (and wet) dirt or silt deposits show that water has been pooling/draining into these areas and evaporating. When the water evaporates, it leaves the dirt behind.
Uncovered ground in crawlspace
This photo again, shows exposed earth, with the old liner hardly giving any protection to the crawlspace. While these liners can help, they are only somewhat effective if installed correctly, which this one was not.
After Installation of CleanSpace
An after photo of the crawlspace. As you can see, the CleanSpace Liner not only covers all of the floor, but also goes up the walls, as well as the support pillars.
SantaFe Dehumidifier
This dehumidifier helps to take out any moisture that does make its way into the crawlspace. It drains the water to the sump pump so that no water really stays in the crawlspace.
After Cleanspace Installation
As you can see, we even went as far as to go up the supports that hold up this duct work. We do every thing we can to fully encapsulate and seal off your crawlspace from the earth.
