Initial Consulatation
This is a photo from when our Specialist came out for a free estimate. This falling insulation showed him that problems on their way.
Sagging/falling insulation
Falling insulation is usually a sign that water has been absorbed into the insulation. This makes it heavy and causes it to fall.
Before the CleanSpace Liner was installed
Another photo of falling insulation. If you look closely, you can also see moisture and possibly mold on the insulation that hasn't fallen yet.
Fallen Insulaton around Pipes
There are very few places where we can't install CleanSpace. Under and around pipes are actually some of the easier obstacles.
The Finished Product
You can see here just how professionally done our CleanSpace is. We try to follow contours and edges in order to seal off as much as possible.
Another Post-Installation Photo
This photo shows another angle of the crawlspace. If you look further in the picture, you can also see the Santa Fe Dehumidifier we use to keep moisture levels down.
Insulation Removed
Since the insulation was so wet and moldy, we removed all of it. We installed SilverGlo Insulation, which helps to keep the heat or cool air in, and the outside air out!
A Final Post-Installation Picture
This homeowner decided to encapsulate their crawlspace all the way to the "ceiling", this keeps even more moisture out of the crawlspace, which will prevents even more problems.
