Flood Area
As the area floods, the water changes the entire landscape of the crawlspace. It softens the dirt, creating huge depressions swampy areas. This is how one corner looks after the water has dried.
A Weak Barrier
This is the liner the homeowners had down in the crawlspace before we came out. As you can see, it's very thin and translucent. It's peppered with holes and little openings. It's not a sufficient barrier.
Falling Insulation
Moisture can create problems like no others. The insulation in the crawlspace, for example, quickly filled with water. It was made completely useless once this happened.
Installing the SuperSump
This is the beginning stages of the SuperSump pump installation.
CleanSpace Starts
In this photo, we've completed the installation of the CleanSpace. This liner is 20 mils thick and reinforced. Even the piers (or supports) are wrapped in this liner.
CleanSpace Continues
In this little corner, we've finished the install of the SuperSump pump. Once it's paired with the CleanSpace, it looks totally out of this world.
