There’s nothing in the world like a moisture free crawlspace. When a crawlspace has moisture coming from this direction and that one, but no way to stop it, it is a problem. Moreover, that problem does not stop there. That problem persists and, slowly but surely, it flows into the rest of the house. In addition to that dehumidifier, we also suggested a condensate pump to collect the water from the dehumidifier. To secure the crawlspace, we also installed a custom built door to effectively seal off the outside air from the crawlspace. The project only took a sum of three days to complete. The crew worked very hard to finish, and we left the customer very satisfied with the work. I imagine he’s resting a lot easier knowing he doesn’t have to worry about any of the problems associated with a damp crawlspace.

Check-Up or Creep Up

Most people tend to leave crawlspaces to their own devices. We get it. They're dirty and stinky. However, if you don't check on it every now and then, a problem may just creep up on you.

Difficult Debris

One of the main issues our Design Specialist noted when he first came by was the rampant debris scattered throughout the crawlspace. The debris made it a little difficult to move around in the space. We made a note to remove all of it.
