Crawlspace In Disrepair
Many crawlspaces often look just like this one. It looks worn and not lived it. It makes sense. However, just because you don't live in the space it doesn't mean that you can't take care of it.
The Ill-Suited Liner
This is the way the liner acts when it isn't properly sealed. It doesn't completely cover the dirt crawlspace and leaves your home open to the moisture vapor that rises from the dirt.
No True Barrier
From this photo, it's plain to see that this liner is thin. It's so thin that it has ripped and torn in places. With rips and tears, its not acting as a true barrier at all.
Termites Love Damp Wood
When this homeowner contacted us originally, they reported having moisture issues in the wood. That is why they had Terminix come out as well. If not properly dried, the wood will become a hunting ground for termites and other pesky bugs.
Open Sump Hole
This is the original sump pump the family had. Open sump holes like this one are useless in stopping water vapor from rising from the ground.
CleanSpace
This is the crawlspace after we've installed the CleanSpace. It looks brand new, doesn't it?
Safety in Thickness
This CleanSpace install honestly makes it safer for any equipment or wires to be housed in the crawlspace. With our thick, reinforced liner, there is no risk of any stray rock piercing the liner and damaging any wires you may have.
Begone Mold and Bacteria!
Our CleanSpace has an antimicrobial agent called UltraFresh right in the plastic, which prevents mold and bacteria growth.
CleanSpace May be Used for Storage
One added benefit of using CleanSpace, which may surprise a lot of people, is that you can use your crawlspace for storage after the CleanSpace has been installed. In fact, It was manufactured specifically for this purpose.
It Looks Good, Even on a Slope
Our CleanSpace is perfect for sloped, uneven crawlspaces.
Sedona Dehumidifier
The dehumidifier collects the moisture from the air and pushes out newly dried air into the crawlspace.
Condensate Pump
The condensate pump is connected to the dehumidifier. It collects the water from the dehumidifier.
