First Sight
This is one of the first things our Design Specialist noticed when he stepped into the crawlspace. A few things immediately stand out to us. One thing in particular-the liner-arrests our attention the most.
What We Know
One product we pride ourselves on is our CleanSpace liner. It is nothing like the simple plastic here. Being transparent isn't a crime, however, often that transparency shows us how thin it really is. This liner, for example, is both thin and unsealed. In other words, it can't do its job.
Questions? Answers.
One major difference between our liner and the old liner is the way they're sealed. The old liner is not sealed at all. Our liner, the CleanSpace, is carried up, at the very least, three inches on every support or surface in the room. Once we do this, we seal it using a variety of methods designed to keep the air and moisture from weaseling their way into the crawlspace from the dirt.
The Ultra-Clean
Before we installed this liner, all debris was removed from the crawlspace. Regardless, even if we hadn't done that, I wouldn't have been too worried. This liner is reinforced with polyester cords and is 20 mils thick. It's nearly impossible to rip or tear.
Bright, New Look
CleanSpace is a miracle worker. It gives any room its installed in a bright, new look. It makes any room look both smaller and bigger at the same time.
CleanSpace Wall Installed Along Brick
Unlike other liners, ours can be attached to almost any surface. It holds up for years to come.
Dehumidifier
A crawlspace is not complete without a dehumidifier. In addition to erasing all of the moisture within a space, it takes that air within itself and pumps out newly dried air free of moisture.
