Initial Inspection
This crawlpace had it all. It had both the sump pump and the liner. Unfortunately, this liner wasn't properly sealed and so the home continued to consistently have warm issues. That's not surprising considering what we see here.
More Issues
Moisture issues create mold issues. Before you know it, the wood has completely rotted and you have unstable floors. Not to mention, it looks dangerous doesn't? What's funny is that mold can be dangerous for you and your family.
Air Check!
Our Design Specialist found a reading in this crawlspace that was way too high. There was no wonder the homeowners were continuing to have moisture issues. The air doesn't lie.
CleanSpace or Sci-Fi Wonderland
While the other plastic liner was white, ours is otherworldly, isn't it? It's stands out starkly against the dark crawlspace and brings light and a strong sense of 'clean' into the space. Not to mention, we actually wrap all support beams and partially wrap all other objects in the space that is in contact with the dirt floor. This method provides the crawlspace with full coverage.
We Do This a Little Better
CleanSpace, if done correctly, can be one of the best things to happen to your crawlspace. It can cover almost any surface. Moreover, All-Dry of the Carolinas always seals our liner, so no water vapor can escape into your home.
Just One Last Look
Our CleanSpace liner is second to none. Plus, any object or electrical line can safely rest on the liner without having to worry about being tramped or cut.
Bringing Home the Dehumidifier
Nothing tops a crawlspace off like a dehumidifier. Having moisture issues? Bid them goodbye with this dehumidifier. It actually sucks the moisture out of the air and pumps out dry air back into the crawlspace. The clear, plastic pipe you see here is where that water is deposited and taken out of the crawlspace.
Final Finish: The Sump Pump
This is our patented TripleSafe liner with the WaterWatch Alarm. It has three sump pumps backed neatly inside of it. Among these three is a UltraSump Battery Back-up for additional protection. It's equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. It also conveniently has a knockout in the lid that allows the dehumidifier to drain directly into it.
