Initial Inspection
The walls of the basement had white residue scattered all along its surface. This residue is called efflorescence. It's dried water. This is evidence that the space is indeed experiencing moisture issues.
Discolored Walls and Flooring
In this photo, we have more of those water issues. The discolored surface along the walls and floors are remnants of flooding and water seeping in through the walls.
Water Damage After a Flood
This photo shows the aftermath of major flooding in the home. Water had completely covered the basement and once it dried, it left this unsightly water damage on the cement.
CleanSpace Wall
This is a photo of the basement transformed. As pictured here, the CleanSpace doesn't require much wiggle room nor is it unsightly. It's aesthetic is pretty pleasing to the eye and adds color to the otherwise dark wall. This CleanSpace is also tightly sealed against the surface of the wall using a variety of methods.
CleanSpace Wall Installed Along Wood and Brick
As pictured here, the CleanSpace Wall can be installed along most surfaces and its light coloring usually brightens up most crawlspaces.
CleanSpace Wall
This is another area of the basement where we've installed more of the CleanSpace Wall.
Final Install
Here we have the finished product. We have our CleanSpace Wall installed and sealed against the wall. There's also the SuperSump Pump installed into the floor along with that handy WaterWatch Alarm system.
