Basement During Initial Inspection
Here is one of the areas where the water had been getting into the basement. Working around this small tiled area was not an issue for our crew once the started installing the WaterGuard. Very rarely do we have a perfectly square area to work in, so our crews are well-versed in having go around certain obstacles.
Basement Before WaterGuard Installation
Here is another area that had been affected by the water intrusion in the basement. It was difficult to see where the water had been getting through because it really only came about during heavy rainstorms. However, our WaterGuard provides an excellent defense against water intrusion.

Here is another photo of the basement while our System Design Specialist was first visiting the home.
Installed WaterGuard Drain
Here is some of the WaterGuard drain that was installed in the basement to take care of the water intrusion. The WaterGuard is installed in the floor of the basement and is then covered with fresh concrete, making it seem like we were never there!
Another Photo of the Installed WaterGuard
This shows a little longer span of the WaterGuard that was installed. WaterGuard pretty much can't be seen, except for a small gap between the floor and wall for water to get into the WaterGuard.
Installed SuperSump System and WaterGuard
This gives a further back look at the SuperSump that was installed in this basement. You can see where the WaterGuard comes in on each side and drains down into the sump pump, which is right on the corner. The discharge for the sump pump goes up a few feet until it exists through the wall.
Close Up of the Installed SuperSump
Here is a much closer picture of the SuperSump system that was installed in this basement. The SuperSump comes with a WaterWatch Alarm, which alerts the homeowner if the pumps fail and the water rises too high. This photo also gives a pretty good look at the flange on the WaterGuard that leaves a small gap between the floor and wall.
Sump Pump and Discharge Line
This is where the SuperSump discharges the water from the basement. The line goes outside and away from the home so that the water doesn't make its way back into the basement. We also installed an IceGuard Dishcharge Line system to make sure that water could still be discharged even if the outside pipes froze up.
