Basement During Free Estimate
Here is what this home looked like when our System Design Specialist first went out to the home. While it wasn't the best time for an issue like this to come up, because the homeowner was already working on the area, they were more open to having work done, especially since they knew the system would be worth it.
Another Photo During Initial Inspection
Here is another photo showing off the state of the basement when our System Design Specialist visited the home. This was one of the areas that was having trouble with water getting into the basement.
Basement Wall Before Installation
Here is another area in the basement that was also dealing with quite a bit of water intrusion. This homeowner was certainly aware of this issue before they called us to help. The homeowner already had bought a dehumidifier, although much less powerful than the one we installed, it was certainly a step in the right direction.
First Look at the Installed CleanSpace
The CleanSpace liner is a very important part of this installation. It covered the majority of the the basement walls in order to keep water from getting into the basement. The CleanSpace catches the water and then directs it down to the WaterGuard which is installed around the perimeter of the basement.
Installed CleanSpace Liner and WaterGuard Drain
This photo shows off most of the system that was installed in this basement. The most obvious product in this basement is the white CleanSpace liner that covers almost the entirety of the walls. However there is also WaterGuard that is installed around the perimeter of the basement. The SuperSump Pump System can also be seen in the back left part of the basement. These are all very important parts of the system.
WaterGuard Installed Around Water Heater
There aren't many places that we can't go with WaterGuard. In this particular area we were able to go around the water heater, but still left an area for water to get to the WaterGuard. The gap is necessary because it is what allows the water to get in the drain and pumped out through the SuperSump.
Another View of the Installed CleanSpace Liner
This photo shows another part of the basement where more of the CleanSpace was installed. The CleanSpace is very important to the system, because it keeps the moisture in our system. The water is kept out of the basement and taken straight to the WaterGuard, which then leads it to the SuperSump where it can be pumped out and away from the home.
Installed SuperSump and UltraSump Battery Back-Up
Here is a very important part of the system that was installed in this homeowner's basement. This is the sump pump that is tasked with pumping the water out and away from the home. This sump pump also had a batter back-up called an UltraSump which is used if the power goes out in the home.
