Basement Before Installation
This doesn't give a great view of the basement that was being affected by water intrusion, it does show off part of it. The water intrusion was mainly coming through the joint between the floor and the wall in this basement, which can be seen in this photo. In later pictures, the WaterGuard can bee seen where the main water intrusion was coming from.
Water on the Basement Floor
This photo shows one of the main reasons why this homeowner gave us a call. There are several water stains along the basement floor which indicates quite a bit of water has been in basement. Fortunately we knew that our WaterGuard would be able to handle this large amount of water.
Installed WaterGuard Drain
This shows the installation of one of the main products that was installed in this basement. The WaterGuard was installed along the walls in order to catch any water that was coming into the basement. Once the water gets into the WaterGuard, it is taken to the sump pump where it is pumped away from the home.
More of the WaterGuard Drain
Here is another photo showing off the WaterGuard drain that was installed in the basement of the home. Since the walls of this basement were finished, a few inches off of the bottom had to be cut in order to install our WaterGuard correctly. The homeowner was more than happy to pay such a small price to have the water intrusion problem taken care of.
WaterGuard Drain Installation
Here is another photo showing off the WaterGuard that was installed in this homeowner's basement. The homeowner was ecstatic to have a system installed that would ensure that they no longer had to worry about water getting into their home.
Close Up of the Installed WaterGuard
This photo shows off the WaterGuard that was installed along the wall of the basement. The crew successfully worked around the pipes that were directly over the afflicted area to install the WaterGuard. Our crews do an excellent job at making sure that the area that they're working in looks like they haven't really been there at all!
Installed SuperSump Pump
Here we can see the other important part of the installation, the sump pump. The SuperSump was able to be installed in one of the closets in the basement. It is great when when a project works out where the sump can be "hidden" in a utility closet or in another lesser used area.
