Future Location of Drain
This was the area outside of the home where the drain line actually came out. It may not seem like much now, but you will see in future pictures how this area converted well for the drainage line to go through.
Installed Drain Line
This is the same area that was shown in the first picture, but with the drain line installed. This line goes directly out of the sump pump that was installed in the basement of the home. This is a very important part of the system, because without a drain, the water has nowhere to go.
Drainage Line
Here you can see the drainage line exiting the driveway and heading more towards the yard. The length of discharge really depends on the home. You want to make sure that the drainage is far enough away that the water doesn't have a chance to come back towards the home.
LawnScape Outlet
Here is the final output area for the sump pump. As you can see, the outlet is very small and low-profile, which is something that we are all about. We want to solve all of your problems, with minimal disruption. This area is quite far away from the home, and is also on a downhill, meaning that water won't come back toward the home.
ZenWall Basement Panels
Here is one of the types of basement finishing panels that we install. They are made completely out of inorganic material, which means that water will run off of them (if there is any), and mold will not be able to grow on them. These panels also drain off to the WaterGuard, which was installed in the floor of the basement, around the perimeter of the room.
More ZenWall Paneling
Unfortunately we didn't have very many pictures for this awesome job. We don't have very many photos of the WaterGuard, which was a drain that was installed along the perimeter of the basement floor. We also don't have many pictures of the SuperSump, although you can see its cord in the closet of this room. We were able to tuck it away in this closet, which helps to "hide" the system so no one even has to see it!
