Outside Photo of the Home
As you can see, this is a beautiful home on the outside, but on the inside it had some problems. This goes to show you that even if everything looks good on the outside, there can still be some underlying problems. This is especially true with water intrusion issues in basements and crawlspaces.
Basement Before Installation
Here is one part of the basement that was being affected by the water intrusion. The water was always able to seep into the basement, but the heavier rains would really begin to flood into the basement.
Another Area in the Basement
In this photo you can see how the lower part of the wall had been affected by all of the water coming into the basement. This was definitely not a good sign and helped to seal the deal for the homeowner to get our system installed.
One Last View of the Old Basement
Just another area in the basement that had been affected by water damage because of the heavy rains. Sometimes these problems aren't pretty, but more than likely they are able to be fixed. We love making customers happy by solving at least a few of their problems!
Installed WaterGuard and BrightWall
While the main purpose of this project was to keep the water from staying in the basement, the homeowner also wanted to spruce up there basement. The BrightWall paneling (on the wall), not only looks nice and clean, but it also helps to drain water to the WaterGuard.
Installed BrightWall and WaterGuard
This was the finished product after the BrightWall panels and WaterGuard was installed in the basement. As you can see, the basement completely changes the look of the area, all for the better! Not only does it look much better, but it will keep the water out of the basement!
Installed SmartJacks
This homeowner was also having problems with some of their floors sagging. Fortunately, this was a pretty easy fix for us! We had to get some of our larger SmartJacks and some supplemental beams. The SmartJacks help to support the floor, keeping it from sagging or being bouncy when walked on.
Installed WaterGuard
One reason that WaterGuard is so nice is because not only is it extremely effective, but it is also extremely low profile. Once the concrete dries, it will almost be like there is nothing there at all. It is not very invasive at all, and depending on the size of the job it is usually done within a couple days!
