Basement Waterproofing - Damp Basement Walls

This basement had a lot of water that was soaking through the walls. If it wasn't already obvious enough, the dark areas of the wall are where the water was coming through, while the lighter areas are where the the water hasn't soaked through yet. As you can see, the water has penetrated most of this basement wall.
